PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
At Pur MedSpa, we are dedicated to offering our clients exceptional service. To help us achieve this, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Please provide us with at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made without a 24-hour notice, a $50 fee will be charged.
We value your time as much as our own and understand that emergencies can happen. We appreciate your communication with us in such situations.
